This is the second of four DVDs in the series and boy is it good. It has one feature which is not on the other DVDs which is a 'bonus moves' section. Here Bill basically covers a bring together of different false cuts and shuffles which are all very cool and there's also a production for the cups and balls. A nice little extra for your own routines. The TeachingThis is basically the same as vol. 1. Bill is a brilliant teacher he goes over everything in dilate and there are various camera angles used sometimes a back up angle is enclose in the command of the conceive of so you can always see exactly what he is doing. Some of the more basic sleights are not taught in great detail manifold lifts etc but every hit sleight Bill at the least gives a brief explanation even if it's as simple as getting a break from an injog and so on. Even so I would probably recommend you know a certain amount of card material before tackling these DVDs. The EffectsHere's a enumerate for ya!re-create MoneyOk this is great. A signed account in lemon that is HUGELY entertaining and also completely impossible. A signed bill is found inside a lemon which was inside the magicians apparel. Yes it really is the signed bill in there and you change surface hand the lemon around a bit before cutting it open. The routine is really strong and is ideal for stand-up/parlour or re-create kinda magic. It can still be done close-up but it really is perfect for a big displace. Cut 'em High and TieA spectator cuts the aces with a very interesting presentation for the ending that is actually surprisingly effective. The routine taught it logical fairly easy and the spectators ordain not be able to work out how they all managed to cut to the aces at the end. evaluate Touch TurnOk without any exaggeration this is one of my favourite card tricks. The spectator selects a card and it is returned to the deck. The magician then shows 4 aces and explains that they ordain play a game. If the spectator wins the magician wlil find the separate for them. The spectator names any ace and he/she must try to catch the magician turning it over. The chosen ace reverses itself three times completely cleanly. The last measure the magicians says that though he wonthe bet he'll find the card anyway and the ace changes into the selection. A really nice routine. Favourite OpenerSo called because it's Bill's favourite opener! It very simple a card is selected and returned to the deck the magician attempts to find it but is do by he throws the separate into the spectator's hand and tries again but then it turns out the selection in their hands is the chosen card. Again it's simple but he has some nices touches on the handling and some great ideas for the presentation which really act it somewhere else. Matrix PresentationThis is basically the standard matrix with the 4 coins and 4 cards but an additional second arrange which is slightly different. As the title suggests though the presentation is the main focus here though account does go into a good amount of detail on the 'move' and also the placement of cards that allows a smooth handling. End of StoryBrother John Hamman's Gemini Twins but with an insane ending. 4 cards are shown at first they are two black kings and two black queens then they become red and so on changing each time they are shown and there is a nice story to go with it. However at the end it is shown that the whole story was told with just one card! A brilliant ending to an already brilliant routine. Production QualityThis DVD is produced by L&L Publishing so you pretty much know what to evaluate. Everything is filmed with high quality cameras and the menu provides instant access to any performance or explanation and 'account's Tips'. The quality is ameliorate it doesn't need to be better but there are no problems with not being able to see or anything desire that. ValueYes there are only 6 effects on here and yes you can sight some of them or similar ideas in other places. But I still evaluate these are worth every penny because not only do you hit the books how to do the tricks but you learn how to perform them and account always has some kind of clever variation on a act that makes it easier. In addition to that the advice Bill gives on earning money is invaluable and as I said before just the performance divide alone is worth the determine of the DVD. No complaints value-wise from me. That should just about cover everything any questions about the DVD PM me or reply below and I will say as best as I can. Vols. 3 and 4 coming soon. TomPreview video -
